Legacy of Shantiri

How far has everyone progressed? Is anything需要 to be removed, edited, etc.?

When I use Tom's Power to travel to that area (I forgot what it's called :D), Harold (or something like that) spawns, but nothing else happens (I specifically downloaded version 3.1). The console shows: [SCRIPT] Error: Quantity cannot be negative. How can I fix this?
