It’s clear that the main point of Sir Davos’s post was an attempt to stir up trouble again. In fact, he seems to be trying to do this in almost every message he posts. Apparently, he’s so upset about Heroes of Might and Magic that he just can’t stay silent. As for separating the ranking, it’s a good idea. But technically, it’s not very feasible right now, as far as I understand.
