Does religion forbid agreeing with your opponent to click two checkboxes in HW_rules?

Some people's religion forbids buying an Overlord's Horn, while others are forbidden from clicking a checkbox... That's how we live.
In general, I've said many times (since the days of WoG) that the more checkboxes there are, the worse it is, because they always lead to arguments...
