Player rating for tournaments across all installments of Heroes.

As I already mentioned, the universal tournament goal is to achieve the highest possible result, and no system can diminish that. We will play and play again, and I wish the same for others. ;)
The difference in results can be used as an additional indicator. But how and where exactly!?
