Secondary skills in Heroes 3.

I usually have my main hero constantly doing something: he's either exploring, fighting, or gaining the necessary skills, like logistics and scouting. The second hero follows closely behind, usually to prevent losses in battles (I'm talking about archers and the like), and he might also have a diploma. The third hero explores the castles, collecting magic to show off to the main hero later. Someone else might be sailing around, and so on. But there are ALWAYS SEVERAL HEROES, and each has their own skills.
