Might & Magic: Heroes 8 - to wait or not to wait?

Some believe that regardless of the format of the new Heroes 8, it would be beneficial for the plot and overall atmosphere to make the "good" factions truly good and the "evil" factions genuinely evil. This would add epic scale and even irreconcilability to the conflict. And ideally, there should be fewer conspiracies and intra-factional conflicts.
