I'm thinking of making another version of rice with meat for my next meal, adding chicken, curry, raisins, and maybe canned pineapple – I've eaten that before and even posted about it here.
Now, I bring my lunch to work because the cafeteria is awful; all the salads are with mayonnaise, the meat is overly salted, and the side dishes are just terrible – I've always disliked them. But I found a great product at the store: a mix of grains and dried vegetables, which makes a decent and tasty side dish. I add good meat to it (I buy chilled cutlets from Miratorg), and it's amazing. It costs about the same, but it's hundreds of times better.
