What are you eating right now?

Pork pilaf. I made it myself. I messed it up a bit due to the lack of suitable cookware (I didn't have a cauldron, so I made it in a frying pan with high sides), as a result, the rice turned out in a very thin layer, and the texture suffered, but it still turned out incredibly delicious.
