Dwells 2, 4. In the last week of the game, I found one more dwell.
Wing arrived as the second-to-last hero; I had to play Talanar. Who got the tent somewhere around level 23.
I saw via the tavern that things weren't going great for the dungeon either.
There is no regen in the city or adjacent areas, nor any resurrection. They didn't give me Mask of the same skin throughout the game to upgrade regen. I entered the treasure zone, fought off the shop with spells, and bought resurrection there. Cleared 2 Temples, 2 Dragon Utopias - artifacts weren't great.
Erin arrived, teleported to the city (didn't make it to the mentor - snow), final battle in the field. The elf turned out to have more meat.
