You just wrote that the rules regarding flame wars do somehow work there, even in your case :p
And what is the point of the phrase that you are a moderator of the Forum? Are you the only moderator of that topic, or do you not moderate anything except that topic? Or something else?

20+ exclamation marks are quite an accurate indicator so that an unbiased reader can figure out which side to look for the inadequate person on.
If anyone doesn't know, Sonic and I also have an unfinished discussion from another topic - Sonic has been angry with me since January, it is obvious that my tone was aggressive there, but the reason - mocking Techwin in a harmless situation - I still consider worthy of a negative (at least) reaction - I have already suggested several times to Sonic to discuss this situation in private messages, including on Skype, but so far without success. Once again, I suggest discussing it in private messages. We can also do it here, but it is obviously easier to express everything you think freely in private messages, and the process will be faster and simpler.
