Dwells 2, 4. In the last week of the game, I found 1 more dwell.
Wing arrived as the second-to-last hero, so I had to play Talanar. Who got a tent somewhere around lvl 23.
I saw from the tavern that things weren't going great for the dungeon either.
There is no regen in the city or adjacent areas, nor any resurrection. I wasn't given Mask of the same throughout the game to upgrade regen. Entered the treasure zone, cleared the shop with spells, and bought resurrection there. Cleared 2 Temples, 2 Dragon Utopias - artifacts weren't great.
Erin arrived, teleported to the city (didn't make it to the mentor - snow), final battle in the field. The elf turned out to have more meat.
