Obviously, when you used view, you already see where the opp's heroes are standing, so we get a contradiction with "does not see where the blue hero is standing", meaning that by attacking with growth, you are breaking the rules.

One, having used view, will see the Dragon Utopia, and the other—a bare bottom :D

But seriously—there is another side to the coin. During one of YaR's streams, a phrase was mentioned (I can't vouch for the exact wording, but the meaning was roughly this), that on Jeba you cannot jump into the dark in the center unless you have clearly determined via view that another respawn with unbroken guards hasn't started there yet.
I believe that jumping on luck is possible, but if you missed—you must immediately inform your opponent about it and be prepared to admit a tech loss.
