If we use the "Air Vision" spell and attack the opponent's hero, not directly but only by using the spell (we see that he is on the other side of the map, for example), does this constitute a "red rush" in this case?

Since in this case it may turn out that there is an opponent's hero with a powerful unit on the other side of the portal, I decided to clarify.
