On the first week I snagged a Fly scroll, got Expert Air Magic from the first attempt on level 5. Apparently, as punishment for such luck, I only got Town Portal on level 4 from the 7th (last) building, and as trolling from the generator - after that, in 3 out of 4 Dragon Utopias, Control was guaranteed to drop. Moreover, Air Magic appeared in 3 consecutive Dragon Utopias. Stats were not given for a long time. A leveled Kyrre, Deesa as a helper, and Galthran from the prison ensured a clear finals with no chance of losing. Thanks for the game.
