Do you take the Literacy skill?

You know, it all depends on the circumstances. Such as the number and quality of existing skills, it also plays a role what exactly the second skill is, in addition to literacy, what skill is being offered to me, and whether I already have "literate" heroes, etc. In general, in about 60-70% of cases, I don't refuse it.
