Bought Conflux for 3000. It gave a big respawn with lots of money and crypts.
+ Dessa was in the tavern and the stable was conveniently placed before the exit to the opponent.
Birds spawned first, I decided to go kill them immediately, with 4 birds and all the other meatshields, but the opponent moved towards me with a fairly decent army.
I decided to slow down a bit and dove into a treasure, where I lost all the chaff except for the birds, psychos, and faeries, without routing anything worthwhile.
I planned to gather Dragon Fly Hives and go to the opponent through another adjacent zone, but he panicked on his turn and surrendered.
As the post-mortem showed, I could have still put up a fight, the opponent rushed :smile11:
