A decent character generator, not the deepest but quite enjoyable. It's interesting to run around and shoot, try out different weapons, skills, and so on, and fight bosses with various attack patterns and unique features. The animations also look pretty good, as do the character models, but the environment is very, very bland. The plot and its presentation are noticeably low quality, although after experiencing it, I started to appreciate the original SAO a little more.
5/10, after a few hours of gameplay, there's nothing left to see, and the desire to grind to progress further doesn't appear; the drop rate is poor.
