Rolled back 5500 for Tanta and the ability to pick first. Restart was declined. I get the surface, a spread of 5 heroes on fakes and the stable, see 2 Griffin Conservatories with guards, an external market, and my own GO giants. I expect a restart, but it doesn't come. On week 1, I capture Castle and Tower, build Angels (the computer built everything except Monks). The "bird shit" refuge helps. In three Mage Guilds, there are no views, no Slow, and no Scholar. On week 2, I take two Level 1 Griffin Conservatories and one Level 2, two Dragon Fly Hives with 8 dragonflies each, in refuges: gr flies and 2 Wyverns, I pick up Boots for 17 Efreeti from the Guardian Spirit. I see that the opponent's computers were raging, but still died. I invest in mana for Tanta, finally get Scholar on the 4th try, and retrain Oil from Moandor. With 300+ Skeletons, 6 Angels, and 18 Dragonflies, I decide to go into the central treasure zone and possibly rush to 131. I lose 1 Angel against giants. Second GO: Thunderbirds. I check both GOs — no Guardian Spirit (I already lost in the quarterfinals because of Gigas on the GO). On the second GO, I sell 7 Dragonflies. I run to the main castle, scout heroes successfully kill the opponent's scout hero and Tazar — he's without Tactics. The risk pays off, not without luck (Oil loot, choice at a fork, 5 unpurchased flies, Taz without Tactics and with 1 fly). At 132, GG follows. The opponent had potential but wasn't fast enough, and the roads were very long.
