Sounds good. Non-participation should be penalized more than a loss. And a draw can be excluded :) What is a draw? Especially in online games? Like, both players' computers crashed simultaneously? I thought computers weren't used in online games anymore? Are there any precedents? And what about arranged draws? So that neither player gets a reputation penalty for non-participation and for not completing the match within the deadline, they agree on a draw and don't play at all :)
PS. And if you're talking about draws based on the results of the entire Tournament, and non-participation in the Tournament, then their points will be the sum of each individual match. And if someone has the same number of points and the same place, then that's okay - nothing terrible will happen.

That's what I'm saying, a great newbie will leave for another place with double the fun if the rating system is wrong. Such scenarios should not be excluded, so the system formula needs to be carefully checked both in terms of calculating ratings for a single Tournament and considering various major events involving multiple Tournaments.
