Well, it’s hard to compare them to Alice, but there’s something similar. In the sense that access to both was available to all classes, but some could implement the mechanic perfectly, while others used it out of desperation. In terms of playstyle, I would rather compare it to a mid-range shaman during its dominance. Or a murloc paladin.

By the way, in Hearthstone, there is a very similar card to Corridor Horror – Luxglaive Bale for the Sylvan faction. This is one of the reasons why aggro Sylvan is still viable, in my opinion.
