On the one hand, this is correct, but it's very problematic. Look at approximately what percentage of users actually visit the forum? About 20-25% sometimes, about 15% regularly, and 5% every day – these are approximate figures. And if you delete inactive users, the forum will become desolate, and there will be no incentive for newcomers to visit the resource for help, where there are very few people. But when there are 7-8 thousand users, the forum gains authority in the eyes of newcomers. Therefore, "dead souls" are useful. The same can be said about clans, but it's still better to send a message to clan leaders: if the last activity of 4 people from their clan was more than N days ago, then after N1 days, the clan will be disbanded
