After installing Heroes 6 Complete Edition (Uplay, "Buki" localization), I cannot choose a suitable hero for myself, nor can I assign a hero to the enemy that I would like to play against. I have reviewed all the guides and searched the entire internet – nowhere is there any information on how to unlock heroes in Conflux, nowhere! In February 2018, I asked Uplay about this issue. There was a terrible argument, but I still didn't receive any useful information. Technical Support works quite strangely (but now all technical support is inadequate: negotiations with Steam and even with Microsoft itself result in arguments and a lack of useful information!!!). Only a few heroes are available (2 per Faction), and even those are campaign heroes. I also don't know the answers to many other questions about this system. For example, how is the biography of a hero you create formed, why is it impossible to use a space when creating a hero so that the name consists of a first name and last name (like Winston Boragus), or a hyphen (like Kha-Beleth), and the name can only be typed in English letters even with a Russian keyboard layout. Why do heroes, both custom and built-in, already have a reputation at the start of the game (according to the guide, this should not be the case; you yourself shape the path of blood or tears during the game with your actions). Why does a hero from the Alliance of Light apply the Mark of Heretic when attacking, because Elrath commanded to love one's enemies and not to forcibly convert anyone to any faith, otherwise he is not a Dragon of Light! If it is possible to persecute for dissent, to trample on democratic institutions, these are the principles of Kha-Beleth (or the Red Church of Alarik), not the teachings of the Dragon of Light. Why can't you simply create, for example, a knight; you must create either a zealous believer or a paladin, etc. I have also heard that you can create a hero with a custom portrait (not among the in-game characters), but the button to upload image files is missing. And is it possible to edit created heroes? You can "buy" a hero at the Altar of Wishes, but that's for yourself; how do you assign an undesirable character to the enemy Faction?
