Justice is a fan-made global mod.

If interest in development has waned, it's best to put it aside for now and focus on something you enjoy. After all, there are already many mods focused on balance (Unit, TBM, and another one where demons shoot and imps fly). On the other hand, it makes sense to create something similar to the latest update and leave the mod as is for a while. If someone doesn't like something, they'll write about it, and if there are many comments, you can return to development. But with all of the above, it's worth noting that each player develops their own play style and strategy, which means that the vision of balance tends to match the number of players. Personally, I liked the mod; it's very good and creates enough of a difference between upgrades, which makes you think about which units to choose.
