I had to sweat a bit because of my passivity, which stemmed from the fact that I rebuilt Town Portal about 6-7 times (basically the maximum possible number), and I only got Dimension Door at the start of the third week even though the tower was up earlier. Nevertheless, my zones were much better: 122 was an elven city, 3 Dragon Utopias were found (all minimal), and then I even gathered a golden goose, while the opponent has practically nothing except for a super fast Gunnar.
