Perhaps, but this would not fully correspond to the concept of the map for the first two months, which focuses on extremely fast completion.
Moreover, this is confirmed by the author's messages towards the end of the 2nd month, saying something like, "I am sure that you have already dealt with Xeron and Tazar," "It is time to meet the necromancer," "Are you ready to face Mam Harri?" That is, the author assumes that you are already heading to the final stage at the end of the 2nd month, and not farming liches.
Also, in support of this, there is the fact that, as we already know, you can fly past the phoenixes with angel wings. And completing quests for 100 ifrits, 50 titans, and 100 archons is not necessary.
In my opinion, all these quests involving surrendering armies are simply a trick for those who haven't figured out that they can complete the game faster.
Or maybe the author just didn't think through or properly finish the ending (but I doubt it).
