HoMM3 HD is a mod (add-on) for the game Heroes of Might and Magic 3.

I noticed that the mouse cursor moves slower. Well, it's understandable, as with increasing screen resolution, you need to cover more points on the screen. However, in games, increasing screen resolution usually leads to a proportional increase in mouse movement speed. But the HD mod somehow only increases the resolution, while the mouse still moves as if it were 800x600. Consequently, if before you could move the cursor from one corner to another with a single movement, now you have to move the mouse across the entire mousepad. Is there a way to fix this? (other than going into the mouse settings in the system properties each time and changing the sensitivity, and then restoring the default settings after exiting the game)
