MMH5.5 - Heroes of Might and Magic 5.5

Hello. I haven't been interested in this for a long time, but I would like to know if it is possible to play with a person over LAN against AI with this mod? In the original game, there is a bug where, when playing with a person over LAN against AI, the game freezes after some time during the AI's turn, i.e., the turn bar hangs indefinitely. And that's it, nothing can be done.
This is my favorite part of Heroes, but it's impossible to play against bots with a friend over the network :(
So, I'm wondering, what is the situation with this mod?
