Rating system for online games in Heroes of Might and Magic IV.

Okay, let's go through it step by step:
1) Scoring system (we still haven't fully decided)
a) We need to delve deeper into the IronAxe rating calculation.
b) Otherwise, we'll analyze my version.
2) Rating aging.
3) Tables in the first post (keep them or should we change something?).
Please, let's only discuss these questions, and only these. No off-topic discussions.
Sincerely.
