One terrorist organization overthrew the legitimate government, after which another took its place, and then a third came and finished off the remaining forces, all with civilian casualties, terrorist attacks, and hostage-taking. I understand Arza's logic; you could say that when everyone is a terrorist, no one is a terrorist.
