Are gray, white, and silver names or texture colors? - A white dragon is perceived as the opposite of a black dragon, so it should relate to light rather than air.
Maybe use adjectives like: stormy, thunderous, or celestial. Or, Dragons of Ilat (name construction similar to Dragons of Arkat), Air Dragons, Wind Dragons.
P.S.: "Celestial Dragon" probably won't work - it echoes "celestial warriors" (sky beings) - units from Elrath.
