About cities.

The thing is, I tried it – there’s no effect; the cities aren’t visible (I opened the link, saved it to my computer, right?). Maybe I need to save the first link first, and then the second – I immediately saved the second one, and it doesn’t work (maybe I saved it in the wrong place?). And in general, guys, explain to a simpleton what a “patch,” “script,” and other terms are – I’ve never encountered such things before, but I played the game myself, using trial and error, and I won everything I wanted.
