Guys, you're debating whether or not to allow him to participate in tournaments, but maybe we should think logically. If someone is caught cheating, they might not be allowed to participate in tournaments on this forum anymore, because they'll have a bad reputation among the players, and not everyone will want to play with them.

You're getting on my nerves. And if you think about it logically, when he changes his nickname, everyone will be happy to play with him and they'll all be complete idiots :) because they'll be playing with the same person, but with a different nickname.

And what's the probability that he'll even want to play? I'm sure that if he does participate in tournaments, it will be under a different nickname.

But that's his personal business. But since he confessed, maybe he's decided to continue playing under his old nickname, and by the way, there's more sense in his decision than in changing his nickname. Yes, in friendly matches, some people might not want to play with him, but in a tournament, if the organizers include him, you can't avoid it - if you don't want to play with him, you'll get zero points for the match.
