Unfortunately, I just realized what the rule about mutual substitutions could lead to: The team coordinator can ask the opposing team's coordinator to substitute both players in a pair; in this case, the opposing team's coordinator must choose the number of the bracket from which the players will be substituted (no more than 1 such substitution per match). If such a substitution is applied to bracket 1, the team's active captain will not be able to help their team at all. That is, if FireToSky is unable to play, and the Targaryens want to request such a mutual substitution, Dawidu will not be able to participate in the semi-final (he cannot enter as a substitute from the lower bracket, as he is already at the top).
