One of our players from the 3rd tier is no longer available, so I propose replacing him with RitoSux from the 3rd tier.

From our side, it's a clear rejection. I doubt Arren and Targaryen have a different opinion. Please let us know what you think.
The goal of the replacement is not to strengthen the team, but to reduce the workload on the other team members. If you are not satisfied with weaker options, then you will have to manage on your own.
A replacement can be found if you try (we found someone for the 2nd tier).
