How could an adult use cheats, hoping they wouldn't be caught? It's just stupid, in my opinion.

Who is talking about a mistake? Yes, he intentionally used cheats. And in his apologetic statement, he said that he was wrong, but he just really wanted to win. :) The explanation for the violation, in my opinion, corresponds to the age range of 7 to 14 years old. :) Well, let's start punishing children. :)
PS. By the way, no one is excusing him. The point is whether to allow him to participate in future tournaments under his old nickname. Hacker offered money - he provided a summary of all the disputes and posts.
