I've long dreamed of playing a mini-nost with no OH on slow roads. Both my opponent and I made many mistakes, but his turned out to be fatal. Thanks for the game!

I got lucky with the layout in the deal without rests: Galtran entered + thanks to 3 workshops, the start as a pickadrill wasn't even felt. The first week was productive, but then I stalled a bit. After taking the fur coat, I couldn't find where to break; I didn't try on upgraded ifrits (and rightly so, I would have broken badly), while it was quite possible on dragonflies, but I didn't dare. I definitely could have run a bit further to the monks, but I simply didn't think of it. I spent 1.5 days running with my main, but then it got even worse — for some reason I tried to take the medusa nest with caps, which is very painful, and then on the way out I misclicked and unexpectedly broke Gosha anyway. This really messed up my plans and slowed me down. Everything was already set up for a quick consumption of the area. The only thing that's good is that Gosha wasn't broken completely and it was possible to continue the game.
By the end of the third, the opponent flew in from control. He took the secondary town and then the main with Mage Guild. I went to take the utopias in the central treasure zone. Both ones gave neither control nor stats, but they gave KS. On 141, the opp was one step away from a fatal mistake. Literally one step — not enough move to attack. With KS and +k from korosty, skeletons were killing ducks, and there was no money for buyout there.
In the further late game, the lack of Town Portal became decisive — rebuilds, scrolls, boxes — all missed. A critical mistake on my part was running to the opponent's snows hoping to find Mage Guild there, but it was actually a swamp town; I forgot that on nost, towns in treasure zones are not tied to the landscape. And the opponent didn't even have Mage Guild built anywhere.
The autopsy showed that one could have rebuilt until blue in the face — Town Portal was nowhere in sight :(
