This site has a list of ERM commands in Russian and the Russian Script Editor of the latest version.

The English version is much better. I'm currently working on a mega map (for the second year now :)). It's not 100% finished yet, but the special effects are definitely better than in 3.85. I wish I could meet someone from the VoG team.
