In short, for those who are interested, here is my humble opinion: shadowmen used cheats. It's hard to justify him here! So, here's a suggestion. In this and future tournaments, all his results should be annulled. We won't completely exclude him from all tournaments. That is, he will be able to apply for subsequent tournaments. But he will not participate in the current ones. After that, if he continues to play unfairly, he will be completely removed from the tournaments, and a mark of shame will be placed on him. If everything is normal and he behaves honestly in the tournament, we will try to forget his misdeed.
I support this opinion. I just want to point out that even in the worst-case scenario - repeated violation and ban - the administration should try to track down the violators by IP address. Changing the IP address will be much more costly for the violator than simply changing the nickname.
