Is there any information about these good-natured characters and Benet?

There is very little information available.

Living characters from the game:
Magister Jensen - apparently, he was a sort of second-tier hero.
Garth - a guard who dreamed of becoming famous in war.
Dilan - a priest of Ilat (alive if Sareth didn't kill him).
Percy - a Stonehelm fellow, definitely alive; Sareth can't kill him even after the passage through the gate (the only one I couldn't kill). His plan was to fetch reinforcements; what happened to him is unknown, but he will definitely be a hero.

Characters mentioned in dialogues that were cut from the game:
Menelaus' Advisor - a man who gives orders to the guards; he probably manages the city while Menelaus is on an expedition; his name is not mentioned.
Sir Tristan Moorton - he is called a brave man; he killed a cyclops.
Nils - a melee combat trainer.

Characters who died:
Initiate Largo, Novice Darcy, Overseer Garan - members of Menelaus' expedition; they all died.
Tergon - killed by a Paoka; in the expedition journal, he was called a captain.
Duncan - was a guide on the Temple Island; he was torn apart by ghouls.

And of course, Benet, who stole food from the ghouls' storeroom, and they fed him to them alive. He also owed money to one of the guards
