Gladiator

1. There is enough gold to buy machines. I tried it myself. You get bonuses and on the second day you can take any machines (including combat machines). Just don't take an army right away (otherwise you will buy combat machines on the 4th day). And the army is taken on the 4th day (there is enough gold on that day).
2. Lord Haard is already banned (I updated the list in the header). I added the others (although the dragon specialists didn't seem to make much of a difference).
