Heh... Unfortunately, I had a different opinion about him... But the evidence forced me to say that this person doesn't deserve a second chance. Why? See my post above:) And since I will be organizing the next tournament, there will be a rule: "cheaters, repentant or not, will not be allowed in the tournament":D IMHO.
I understand it's just your opinion. But he might enter your tournament under a different nickname, changing his IP address (which is possible). And you are already discrediting yourself with your post, stating that you won't let cheaters in. When this is revealed for the second time, you will look bad, and it will be because of that statement. But if you had let Shadov into another tournament, all his opponents would be wary of him, and under those circumstances, this player would be less likely to cheat again.
