I quickly gathered some units at the starting location and rushed to level 123 with Gundula (there were no Archons there). I ate a bit in the center, finding a Knight and a Cleric, and then an opponent arrived. Assessing his units and the 44 ducks, I decided not to engage and went to eat at a neighboring starting location. When the opponent arrived there, it was already cleared. With my last strength, I stole a duck from there and upgraded some of my units (half of them). Then, I engaged the opponent from the center and the starting location, but I decided to spend the night in a village, where the opponent ambushed me. I could have continued playing, but without resources, it's very difficult with only one duck for the entire game (the ducks were only at the opponent's starting location and the snowy starting location, which I couldn't reach). So, 12 Archons < 44 ducks with a stat difference of -15.
