Hell is an impenetrable tank by nature, charismatic, yes, but if something doesn't appeal to him, it's very difficult to get through to him. And Rebel contributed the most, as he had enough power here to resolve any situation, but doesn't know how to assign ODDs (and therefore doesn't like it, and puts it off until later, hoping it will somehow resolve itself). 3/3, bingo.

It's too early to discuss ODDs as a means of implementing tournament deadlines when (almost) everyone is ready to personally participate in disrupting them in one way or another, and primarily the tournament organizers themselves.
