When you cast Eovacia and apply the illusion _again_, you don't get 2 clones, but only one. I even tried it in the middle of the battlefield.

The description of the Eovacia spell states that two clones are summoned only when the spell is cast for the first time in battle; after that, the spell works as usual, i.e., it summons 1 clone. This is not a bug.
