A program for determining luck/morality in Heroes 3!

Please provide a link to a working version of LMOracle with a functional traffic light, or advise on how to make it work in version 3.22.1.0 XE (LMOracle_x86). I downloaded it from here. Level-Up Oracle, Adventure Oracle, and Combat Log are working. However, when I try to run Battle Oracle, the message "Unable to read RAM. Restarted (0)" appears.
