There was an issue with sim turns and Gee got distracted by it. It was my mistake not to ask for load 116 after my turn when I expected to attack opp next turn. But I think that because of red color the result of the game remained the same. I agree with Gee that we need some changes in rules about meeting during sim turns because it is not precise now.
