The opponent spent all their respawns, I spent 2. Aina and Galtran came through nicely for gold. I decided to play. On the second day, I took the Citadel in the adjacent zone and it worked out that the second hero came from the Citadel - I immediately split the armies for snow and stone and started developing 2 respawns. The opponent surrendered on 116 - max Dwarf Cottage on the home territory.
