Walkthroughs for custom maps.

What scares me is this. There are timings calculated for a week. I saw them. I went through them.
But there are also timings for 2 months. I wonder if they are also calculated to coincide with the peak?:)
If so, that's a big deal!

Based on my experience with similar maps, where enemies come from everywhere, everything is usually calculated for VERY fast progress and killing the enemy right away in the first encounter. That is, we follow the route and immediately kill everything that is within reach. Essentially, it's a sprint walkthrough. If you get delayed somewhere and don't fit into the timing, then you're doomed, because heroes with stats and armies appear that we can no longer defeat.
With such a walkthrough, the computer is also distracted by various resources, gold, freebies, and fights neutrals, while we can bypass where necessary. As soon as the locations become empty, the enemies have nothing left to do but attack our heroes, and there is nowhere to run.
For this map with timings, it is advisable to use Prospector and immediately create a map-route of movement in columns (where each hero should go), and proceed from this. Also, write down on a piece of paper who should go where for treasures in huts (Dragon for the town portal, etc.). With such a plan for the map, I think it can be completed and you can succeed everywhere. I am almost sure that the author tested it and calculated a blitzkrieg across the locations.
Often, a specific set of troops is used for fast progress (for example, only Archdevils with Force Field against ANY superior forces, the main thing is to have enough mana, if possible, take mages to reduce the casting cost).

On your map, I think you can take the town portal - and that's almost a victory. Also, as far as I can see, there is one or two islands where you can fortify yourself and isolate yourself from enemies (although some know how to walk on water).
In general, the map is intriguing and inviting! But personally, I am more afraid of the TIME in real life that will be spent on completing it :)
