you are wrong, the banshee's scream is a good thing, it reduces morale, luck, and initiative for ALL living creatures (i.e., except undead and constructs)
P.S. I always pick this hero, whether in scenarios or duels

*Resurrecting your own fallen warriors after battle. It's hard to say what this feature depends on... The main thing is that a unit must remain, then some of the killed will be restored; for example, if there were 100 vampires before the battle and 10 vampires died during the battle... after the battle 5 will be resurrected...
... it's not necessary for 1 unit from the stack to remain.
