In my opinion, forgiving one person means allowing others to cheat until they get caught... Or will the others not be forgiven either??? Are they any worse than him? I don't think so... Therefore, a ban is needed so that others won't be tempted... There are rules, and if you break them, you do so at your own risk! You took the risk and it didn't pay off - get your ban!
